Due to Covid- 19, we have updated our policy for safety precautions, in combination of aiming to provide value service to our customers. Many boutiques have implemented a NO Return Policy due to Covid; however, we will accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 7 business days of your delivery receipt along with a completed return form. We believe that a prompt return of the items would decrease exposure of the items by immediately re=packaging the item for return. Due to this Covid policy requirement, we recommend you trying on your order at receipt of item, notifying us promptly by email if item does not fit properly, so we can consult with you quickly and work on a resolution. Returned items must meet these requirements: Returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Accompanied by this return form. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange. We also have the right to notify customers of certain items, such as exclusive items with limited supply are not eligible for exchange request.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return or for re-shipping for exchanges.
